AT&T has announced that it will be enhancing its network near Percy Warner Park in Nashville this weekend for the annual Iroquois Steeplechase on May 11. With thousands of people expected to attend the race, the boost will be a welcome edition to the area.
AT&T has deployed a temporary Mega COW, which is the equivalent of multiple cell sites. This technology will help the increased wireless network demands and provide a more stable 4G LTE experience in the area. The increase experienced with the Mega COW will benefit those who wish to use data and voice services while attending the Iroquois Steeplechase.
