If you are a technology enthusiast and are looking for new gadgets for your backyard barbecue or outdoor events, Verizon has a few suggestions over on one of their YouTube channels. Check out the video and stop by their site or stores for more information.
One of the devices shared is the iGrill, Bluetooth meat thermometer. You can download an app from iTunes or GooglePlay that connects directly to the device. According to the details on Verizon’s site, you can monitor your food, the grill temperature, and more from up to 200 feet away. The app will even alert you when your food should be ready to eat.
Another item to consider is the Nokia JBL PowerUp wireless charging speaker. The device features Qi wireless charging and NFC pairing. You can connect the device via Bluetooth and stream music to the speaker. If you place a Qi-compatible device on top of the PowerUp, it will charge as it sits on top. If you pick it up, charging stops, but the music continues until you venture beyond the Bluetooth range.
For these devices and more, including how to stay in sync with you favorite game while grilling and how to enhance your iPad gaming experience, watch the complete Verizon video on YouTube, stop by a local store, or visit the Verizon Wireless website. Enjoy the summer and your technology.
